Electronic and Sealed bids will be accepted for work required by bidding documents entitled: GLCSD ESSER PROGRAM FLOORING IMPROVEMENTS, GREENWOOD LEFLORE CONSOLIDATED SCHOOL DISTRICT, GREENWOOD, MISSISSIPPI will be

received at Greenwood Leflore Consolidated School District (GLCSD), 1901 Hwy 82 West, Greenwood, MS 38930, until 2:00 PM, September 8, 2022. Electronic bids may also be submitted via www.durrelldesigngroupplans.com. A Pre-Bid Conference shall be conducted at the GLCSD conference room on August 31, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. Bidders are encouraged to attend.

A non-refundable deposit of $200 for a hard copy set, and $100 for a digital copy. Plan holders must register with our plan room to access the documents. Registration is free and easy. Contact Plan House at 662-407-0193 with any questions. Documents must be purchased through the website at www.durrelldesigngroupplans.com.

Bid preparation will be in accordance with Instructions to Bidders bound in the Project Manual. The work is funded by ESSER (Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief) Federal Funding. GLCSD reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all bids.
