Sealed, written formal bid proposals for the above bid will be received by the Board of Trustees of the Jackson Public

School District, in the Business Office, 662 South President Street, Jackson, Mississippi, until 10:00 A.M. (Local

Prevailing Time) March 28, 2023, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. A Pre-Bid

Conference concerning the project for HVAC and Indoor Air Quality Upgrades at Jim Hill High School will be held at

2185 Coach Fred Harris Drive, Jackson, MS 39204 on Friday, March 10, 2023 at 1:30 P.M. Attendance at the pre-bid

conference is not mandatory but strongly encouraged. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all

bids, to waive informalities, and to withhold the acceptance of any bid if approved for forty-five calendar days from the

date bids are opened.

Plan holders are required to register and order bid documents at www.jpsdmsprojects.com. A $350.00 Non-refundable

deposit shall be required on each set of bid specs/documents and must be purchased through the website. All plan
