Sealed, written formal bid proposals for the above bid will be received by the Board of Trustees of the
Jackson Public School District, in the Business Office, 662 South President Street, Jackson, Mississippi, until 10:00 A.M. (Local Prevailing Time) February 07, 2019, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. A Pre-Bid Conference concerning the project for Obama Magnet Elementary School will be held at 750 North Congress Street, Jackson, MS 39202, on January 22, 2019 at 9:00 A.M. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is non-mandatory but strongly suggested. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to withhold the acceptance of any bid if approved for forty- five calendar days from the date bids are opened.
