Re-Bid 3155 Jim Hill High School Parking Improvements

Electronic and sealed bid proposals for the above bid will be received by the Board of Trustees of the Jackson Public School District, in the Business Office, 662 South President Street, Jackson, Mississippi, until 10:00 A.M. (Local Prevailing Time) April 27, 2021 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. A Pre-Bid Conferences concerning this project will be held at 2185 Coach Fred Harris St., Jackson, MS 39204 on April 15, 2021 at 02:00 P.M. Attendance at the pre-bid conferences is non-mandatory but strongly encouraged. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to withhold the acceptance of any bid if approved for forty-five calendar days from the date bids are opened

Plan holders are required to register and order bid documents at www.jpsdmsprojects.com. A $100.00 non-refundable deposit shall be required on each set of bid documents and must be purchased through the website. Until further notice, all hand delivery proposals delivered between 9:00 a.m. until 9:59 a.m. (local prevailing time) the date the bid is scheduled to open, must be delivered to JPSD Board Room, 621 South State Street, Jackson, MS 39201.
